Escape from Tarkov:

1. I got a email from Escape from Tarkov after the ban.

If you received an email from Escape from Tarkov after being banned, it indicates that a feature was detected as the cause of your ban.

Please open a support ticket on our Discord and provide details about the specific feature you were using when you received the ban.

2. I got no email after my ban.

If you did not receive an email after your ban, it implies that you were manually banned. This means that an employee of Escape from Tarkov reviewed your gameplay or matches and determined that you were not playing legitimately.

In such cases, it's important to note that the product itself is not detected as the cause of the ban.

3. What now?

If this is your first ban, there's a good chance that your Hardware ID (HWID) is not banned. You can decide whether to use a spoofer to protect your HWID from future bans or not.

If this isn't your first ban, there's a high likelihood that your HWID has been banned. We strongly recommend using a HWID spoofer from now on to safeguard any new accounts you create. Failure to do so may result in a ban within just five matches, whether or not you are using cheats.

Another potential method to avoid future bans is to transfer the game from one SSD to another. However, it's important to note that we cannot guarantee its effectiveness in preventing bans.
